The goblet of fire is an important sector in the Harry Potter franchise. The characters and the potential relationships are highlighted throughout this book, this really shows Rowling's talent. It is disappointing that the Harry Potter tale is over.

One of the strongest books in the series, this 4th book contains more action and excitement than the first three. The characters grow and develop a ton in this novel. Here the series begins to grow darker. The plot is extremely well thought out, and the ominous ending is a glorious cliffhanger.

Easily my favourite, because I was born during the First Task (if it were real, of course). I love how Rowling demonstrates the weaknesses of humanity and how people having courage of their convictions and staying true to themselves can prevail. If it could get more than five stars, I would give it them.
